1. Easy Returns and Exchanges
“Not fully satisfied? No worries. TANTI offers easy returns and exchanges within 3 days of delivery. We’re committed to making your shopping experience smooth and worry-free.”

2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
– The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
– It must be returned in its original packaging, including tags, labels, and accessories (if any).
– A valid proof of purchase (invoice/receipt) must be provided.

3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
– Customized or personalized products.
– Discounted or sale items (unless defective or damaged).
– Personal care items, intimate apparel, and hygiene-related products.

4. Return Process

– You are required to print and attach the invoice (provided by us) and seal the package properly before pickup.
– Our team will arrange the pickup from your location — you don’t need to worry about it.
– To return, a minimal reverse shipping charge ₹50 will be applicable.
– Once we receive the product and it passes our quality check, your refund will be processed accordingly.

5. Refunds
– Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
– Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
– Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges
– If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or product, we will process it subject to availability.
– The exchange process is the same as the return process for the item you wish to exchange.
– You’ll need to attach the invoice, seal the package properly, and hand it over to our pickup executive during collection.
– Meanwhile, we will initiate the dispatch of your exchanged item from our end.
– For exchanges, a minimal reverse shipping charge ₹35 will be applicable.
– In case the desired product is unavailable, a refund will be issued as per our refund policy.

7. Damaged or Defective Items
– If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us immediately with photo/video proof at support@tantiofficial.com.
– We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

8. Late or Missing Refunds
– If you haven’t received your refund within the stated timeframe, please check with your bank or payment provider first.
